ABOUT OUR SERVICE

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours from Sydney (Monday – Saturday). Our warehouse is fully stocked, but occasionally there may be a delay due to stock supply – in which case we will let you know within 24 hours. Orders placed by 10am are usually sent the same day.

We use Sendle for our deliveries which is fully carbon neutral – at the moment we do not currently offer an express shipping option. 

* HEAVY ORDER EXCEPTIONS: An additional delivery surcharge may apply for any orders over 25kg in weight. We will contact you first to approve any additional charge if it has not already been identified at checkout. 

DELIVERY TIMES

For our standard Sendle service, the estimated delivery times from when an order is dispatched are:

NSW, ACT: 1 – 2 business days.
QLD, VIC: 2 – 5 business days.
SA, NT, Perth: 3 – 7 business days.
Rest of WA, TAS & Regional Areas: 4 – 10 business days.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

99% of orders are sent by Sendle, ensuring your order is delivered carbon neutral. Occasionally we also use Australia Post.
Sendle will re-deliver, however if no-one is at home when Australia Post or another courier delivers, you should receive a ‘missed delivery card’ explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office (or for couriers, how to arrange re-delivery).

If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address.

Orders will require your signature on delivery unless you tick ‘Authority to Leave’ and leave special delivery instructions in the Comments Box during Checkout for the order to be left in a safe location should you not be at home. Please note, however, that by doing so you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.

 

LOSS & DAMAGE

Please advise us immediately if your order delivery is late, incorrect or damaged at hello@paperbarkpantry.com.au

Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion following our investigations in conjunction with the courier company.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Whilst we take every care to ensure we use the best all round courier for the delivery location, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

REFUNDS.

We strive to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service so please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order if you have received a damaged product or incorrect item.

A photo must be provided for the damaged item/s. Proof of purchase must be shown in order to qualify for a full refund of the product. We may request the item be returned before a refund or replacement has been issued on certain items and it some cases the cost of freight of returning the item will be the customers responsibility.

We will always aim to refund the amount of the product or replace it in your next order and are happy to resolve any issues with you.

As we do our best to process orders quickly, there is only a small period of time during which you are able to change or cancel an order. If you wish to cancel an order, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction and/or other applicable fees we have incurred.

If you realise you made a mistake when ordering, please contact us immediately and if your order has not been packed or dispatched we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
