AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
99% of orders are sent by Sendle, ensuring your order is delivered carbon neutral. Occasionally we also use Australia Post.
Sendle will re-deliver, however if no-one is at home when Australia Post or another courier delivers, you should receive a ‘missed delivery card’ explaining where to collect the parcel from the Post Office (or for couriers, how to arrange re-delivery).
If no-one will be at home during the day, you might consider having the order shipped to a work address.
Orders will require your signature on delivery unless you tick ‘Authority to Leave’ and leave special delivery instructions in the Comments Box during Checkout for the order to be left in a safe location should you not be at home. Please note, however, that by doing so you take responsibility should the order go missing after it is delivered.
LOSS & DAMAGE
Please advise us immediately if your order delivery is late, incorrect or damaged at email@example.com
Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion following our investigations in conjunction with the courier company.
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Whilst we take every care to ensure we use the best all round courier for the delivery location, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
