What orders qualify for free shipping?
All orders over $100 and are being shipped to an address within Metro Australia (excluding NT & Regional Areas) will qualify for free shipping. International orders will not qualify for free shipping.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours and will arrive 1-10 business days depending on location from Sydney after dispatch. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.
We are not able to ship to PO Box address’s.

How is shipping 'plastic free'?
At Paperbark Pantry, we have a strict Package Free Shipping policy. We ship everything 100% plastic free in an upcycled or 100% post-consumer box with paper wrapping and paper tape where we have spare boxes available. All of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable and compostable.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes! And it’s 100% carbon Neutral!
We want to make it easier for you to reduce your waste, no matter where you are!

What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of the products, it’s difficult to accept returns. However, if you have any issues with your product, please email us as soon as possible to email@example.com and we will address these on a case-by-case basis.

Although we take great care to separate and pack all products carefully, the food sold on our website may have been packed in a facility that contains allergens, traces of allergens or bi-products of the following: peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, sesame seeds, seeds, soybeans and soy products, egg, pollen and bee products, preservatives, gluten and cereals containing gluten, wheat, rye, barley oats, spelt, dairy, fish, crustacea, and other products that may behave as allergens to certain people.
